Both tests are conducted by the National Testing Agency to admit students into the top engineering colleges of the country. JEE Main is the first step of the two-tier examination, followed by JEE Advanced. Both exams are highly competitive and require a lot of preparation.

JEE Main is a multiple-choice computer-based test and is conducted twice a year in January and April. JEE Advanced is an entrance exam for admission to IITs and is conducted once a year in the month of May. In order to be successful in these tests, aspirants must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the subjects, as well as a clear strategy.

The JEE Main is a national level exam for engineering admission in India. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency. The exam consists of two papers – Paper 1 for B.E/B.Tech and Paper 2 for B.Arch/B.Planning. The exam is conducted in online and offline modes.

The JEE Advanced is an entrance test for admission to the IITs and is conducted by the joint admission board of the IITs. The exam consists of three papers – Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3. The exam is conducted in online mode. Both the exams require a lot of hard work, dedication, perseverance and smart work.
